Your Credit Card used to make the reservation will be charged the full amount 48 hours prior to arrival. Once your card is charged you will not be able to shorten your reservation for ANY reason and are held responsible for the full amount. Early Departures do not receive any refunds. No EXCEPTIONS. Cancellations during holiday periods must be made by 3PM, FIVE days prior to arrival and will be charged the full amount.
No deposit is taken at the time of booking. A credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The card will be charged at the time of check-in.
Check-in is between 3:00 and 9:00pm. If you are going to be delayed past 9:00 pm, please call our front desk and let us know. Check-out time is 11:00 am.
The Pepper Tree Inn offers one complimentary parking space per room from 3pm on check in day until 1pm on check out day. There are several options for parking. We have a covered underground garage for compact cars. There is parking near the office for larger vehicles, as well as covered parking near the elevator.
We are a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of $250 will be charged to your room if there is evidence of smoking.
We are not a pet-friendly property. Service dogs are permitted with ADA questions answered at the time of check-in.
