COVID-19 UPDATE
We are continually monitoring new developments regarding health and safety measures pertaining to COVID-19. Our updated policies and procedures follow recommendations from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local health departments. As a management team, we are being proactive in our efforts to protect both you and our employees’ well-being to the best extent possible during this pandemic. The information listed below are some of the extra precautionary steps we are taking in consideration of the COVID-19 situation. Our top priority is the health and safety of our customers and team members. We take cleanliness standards seriously and are focused on providing a comfortable and safe environment at our establishment. To ensure the utmost protection again COVID-19, we have enhanced our already scrupulous cleaning procedures. The specific steps we are taking include:
Using EPA sterilizers and disinfectants in all rooms and common areas
Fully sanitizing rooms before guests arrive and upon departure
Increasing frequency of cleaning and disinfecting public spaces, in particular the front desk counter, door handles, and public bathroom
Providing gloves and hand sanitizers to all guests
In addition, we have made the following adjustments to our operating procedures to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our guests and staff:
Streamlined check-in/check-out: To reduce physical interaction with our front desk team, please allow just one member of your party to enter the lobby at a time. Upon arrival, your sanitized room key and welcome information will be available in a package at the lobby. Please be sure to wear the gloves and masks provided at the front desk when interacting with our staff. Guests may contact the front desk to notify of departure and leave room keys in the room.
Food and beverage: Only grab n’ go breakfast items are available during this time. If you have any particular requests or allergies please notify our front desk team and we will leave specific breakfast items in your room prior to your arrival. In support of social and physical distancing, all other food and drink services are temporarily unavailable.
Services: In order to limit physical interactions, we have temporarily closed our lobby, pool, and patio areas to guests. Please continue to comply with state and local health authorities on social distancing measures. Together, we can help maintain everybody’s health and safety.
